A lot of companies and brands use social media channels. The company I going to be discussing and was researching is actually one that I shop at every month and sometimes it seems like more then once a month. That company is actually SmartPak Equine. I actually learned so much from their social media channels.
SmartPak Equine actually uses more then one social media channel. They use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Blogs, and even email. The company is actually pretty effective in their companies usage of the social media. They even have their own brand that they promote on the social media. They have been sharing joy during this holiday season on a couple of their social medias. They love to have their customers and followers to interact with them on the social media. They love to take concerns that they learn about on their social medias like twitter, Instagram and Facebook and use those concerns to make videos that they post on YouTube on how a person can address that concern. Now some of those concerns can be when to blanket and what type of blankets. Or even questions on feed and supplements for their horse. But, they have also been branching out to supplements and gear for all our doggy friends and family.
When it comes to this company improving its use of social media is actually pretty difficult. That is because they are always posting and interacting on their social media. They have such a high usage and daily have something going on their social media channels. Also with it being Christmas time they are even more active. But, I don’t believe it is just because of the holiday as they post tips and care advice for caring for horses during the winter months. So, they keep up with the season changes and how that might affect the horse. So, they want to make sure people who are not sure or educated have the chance to learn before they run into problems. Or if they already ran into the problem what are was to fix it.
